Scope
It starts with a fifteen-minute call. If we are the right fit, you get a written scope with a fixed price and a timeline: what is included, what is not, how many revision rounds, and how we respond. Nothing starts until it is signed.
Build
A working preview inside the first two weeks, reviewed in the browser. Revisions are part of the scope, and scope changes are priced and agreed in writing before they start. Before launch we measure performance, accessibility, and search structure.
After launch
After launch, every account is handed over in your name. Care Plan covers sites, ongoing management covers enterprise, and either side can end an ongoing plan with thirty days notice. Everything stays yours.
